  • Non-Completion of Work Within Stipulated Time: If Juxt Digital fails to complete the agreed-upon scope of work for a specific service within the timeline explicitly stipulated and mutually agreed upon in writing (e.g., in a service agreement, project proposal, or official email communication from Juxt Digital) at the commencement of that service.
    • The "stipulated time" refers to the delivery deadline for the final deliverables of the service, not intermediate milestones, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
    • This condition does not apply if the delay is due to factors outside of Juxt Digital\'s direct control, including but not limited to:
      • Delays in receiving necessary information, content, access, or approvals from you (the client).
      • Changes to the project scope requested by you after the commencement of the service.
      • Force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters, widespread internet outages, acts of war).
      • Third-party service outages or issues that directly impact our ability to deliver (e.g., search engine algorithm updates causing unexpected delays, hosting provider issues not attributable to Juxt Digital).

3. No Refunds for Work Completed

  • No refunds will be issued for any work that has already been completed or for services partially rendered. Our fees are based on the time, effort, expertise, and resources invested in providing the services.
  • Once work on a service has commenced, and progress has been made, fees corresponding to the completed portion of the work are non-refundable, even if the project is canceled by you before full completion (unless the cancellation is due to our failure to meet the stipulated timeline as per Section 2).
  • We do not offer refunds based on the performance or outcomes of SEO services (e.g., search engine rankings, website traffic changes), as these are subject to numerous external factors beyond our direct control, as outlined in our Terms and Conditions.
